Vox, You Have Died!

There you go see!

It is now official, Vox is dead. You can no longer even visit the site as it forwards you to Typepad. *sigh*

It’s a great shame! For me Vox was almost as good as Modblog, there was an amazing community spirit over there and its demise will be affecting many people. It’s such a shame that the concerns of the board members of a company that eventually bought Six Apart totally ruined a very active and progressive online community without so much as a thought to how many people they were turfing out into the cyber unknown. I suppose money is still king!

I now hope that this, my fifth blog home, will continue to run for the foreseeable future and that my lovely readers have indeed followed me here, especially since I have bucked the trend by not defecting to Wordpress.

Vox, we loved you, alas you are no more! :(
